"Training is the key"

Spectrum takes great pride in providing monthly training programs designed to improve each employee's job performance. The monthly training includes how to properly lift, dolly, and move product to avoid injuries and damages, as well as how to load and secure product on hand trucks for transport.

The monthly program also includes a refresher course with the basic fundamental of installing furniture systems and case good product. The training sessions are hands-on and different techniques are shared to maximize future efficiency and productivity.

In addition to in-house training, we invite consultants to discuss state-of-the-art equipment, cleaning, furniture products and techniques, to keep us abreast of the industry updates and changes.
